- I only use your contact details to communicate about your appointment and I may not let you know about future offers that I think will be relevant to you.

Where do I store your data?
Your data is stored on my email system and my mobile phone. All of these systems are hosted on our secure server. I also store hard copies of client invoices/receipts and patient medical records for accounting purposes. These are stored in a secure, lockable cabinet and can be viewed at any time. I hold this information for 8 years.
Do I share your information?
I never share your information with any other external third parties unless I am required to do so by law or I deem it necessary to share information with your GP for medical or safeguarding purposes.
How do I secure your information online?
I take a proactive approach to user privacy and ensure, to the best of our knowledge, that the necessary security steps are taken.
My website complies with all UK national laws and requirements for user privacy and uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate.
